We also use a few co-working spaces when needed however, we stopped using those areas where COVID-19 has spread. Sometimes, we organize get-togethers but completely avoided considering this current pandemic.
2. Worldwide Distributed Workforce
Having a worldwide distributed workforce, we have a lesser risk. Our staff is spread across different countries like USA, UAE, Germany, Asia, and Europe. The geographic extent somewhat protects us, as even the global pandemic like COVID-19 affects various regions in a lot of ways at times. A few of our staff situated in China have experienced substantial local disruption as well as quarantines having no effect on the work.
